I couldn't log in to my Kohl's account. I figured they may have deleted my account due to inactivity. I haven't purchased anything in-store or online since 2019, I think. When I tried to create an account though using the same email address as before, the website said ""According to our system, there is already an account for the email address you entered. Please enter a different email address (sign-in name)."

Huh? Have to create/use another email address just for Kohl's.


What have you, those with inaccessible accounts, done?

Ah. Thanks. I did a Kohl's/Amazon return a year or more ago and got nothing - it was actual a hassle compared to dropping at ups store (for me anyway).

Sounds super easy to abuse for lots of free Kohl's credit though... Hmmmmm.....

Good price but the quality for me wasn't there last time I bought their polos. The collars all shriveled up and looked terrible.
