Sam's Club Members Mark aluminum nonstick pans are $15 each for 10" (same pan made by Tramontina Brazil). They also have 8, 12, and 14.

Yes. But they are fairly durable. I have a 14" to try out. I like it quite a bit. It holds up better than stuff costing 2-3X more.

I'm loving my cheap SS frying pan. Easy to clean, no worries about substandard coatings needing special care.

I used get these pans at the costco brick and mortar. These pans are fantastic, very good quality. I was sad to see my local costco brick and mortar not stocking them anymore.

Yeah teflon is kind of hard to beat for nonstick. The enviromental nonstick ceramic stuff / copper stuff that I've used are terrible. The non stickiness of the coating goes away super fast.
If you don't like teflon, a well seasoned , carbon steel/ cast iron pan is pretty non stick , but is pretty heavy.

I paid $24.96 in 2020 for a single 12" pan, and that was considered a deal. A 10" 2-pack seems like a better deal, as the 12" is kind of overkill unless you're cooking for 4+ people.

Quality is great. Would buy again, no question. Very sturdy, and lightweight.

Also, FYI the silicone handle is removable for washing.

I've had great luck with preserving non-stick coatings by cooking at low heat, no ovens, no dishwashers, silicone spatulas and hand washing only. Otherwise they get scratched up real quick irrespective of brand.

" Non-stick cookware: Other than the possible risk of flu-like symptoms from breathing in fumes from heated cookware with non-stick coatings, there are no proven risks to humans from using these products. While PFAS can be used in making some of these coatings, it is not present (or is present in extremely small amounts) in the final products."

But what does the American Cancer Society know 🤷 ♂️

I would recommend against Teflon. It's well known that since PFOA/PFAS have been phased out, the Teflon pans are now made with what the industry calls Gen-X or forever chemicals with the same makeup as the previous ones.
