Returned this because on level D, 25% of the battery was used up after two miles on mostly flat surfaces. Another problem: you can't switch between the three power levels while in motion, because you would have to take one hand off the handlebar to do a double-click on the button in the middle console. That switch should be next to the throttle or brake hand.
This is a great deal for what you get as a starter scooter. I specifically have the F30 and have put close to 100 miles on it with zero issues. The only thing, which I think applies to all electric scooters, is not to expect to reach the max advertised range.
My longest ride has been 9.5 miles in an area with really steep and long hills so can't quite comment on how far it'll go for me, but I still had a little under 20% battery left when I got home, which I'd consider pretty good for the price.
