Good price. Warranty aside, the extra $100 is absolutely worth not having to deal with Samsung's shitshow of shipping and customer service.

this is nice... but $1960 for the 85" QN90A is still the best deal

Agree, I just returned a QN85A from Costco due to a dead pixel after two weeks of use. Simply took it back to Costco and got my refund the next day. Ordered this QN90A and hope no issues this time.

I had ordered this TV from Samsung EPP ($1190) and decided to return in favor of A80J

When I connected an external Mibox; I could see some judder or not smooth picture when playing DSE test and also while stream movie from paramount + from mibox. Both this and A80J 55 inch required all windows to be closed for morning viewing so there was not much benefit wrt my setup. Rest the build quality/panel quality and brightness looked very good for this TV. This is good purchase with 3 years warranty included.

I went with A80J as it just worked out of the box and night performance/blooming is better.

This television is NOT worth that kind of money. It's bright but inaccurate. I'd rather take my chances with a u8g

That deal looks like it requires EDU/EPP unless I'm misunderstanding it.

agreed but hisense can't be worse than my experience w/ the qn90a
OH...I bet it can be worse

But why bother with that

Just go for the known entity..Sony, for color accuracy and picture processing..and be done

By the way, all but one professional review I have seen put the Samsung QN90a above the Hisense U8G
