Worked perfectly. I reserved the item and had to input address and credit card, but I don't think reserving is necessary. Edit: Can anyone confirm credit card isn't necessary? I got charged a $1, which I believe should be returned to me, but not entirely sure.

I think I bought this set as an open box deal for $18 at the start of Covid-mania, when the Mrs needed a dedicated work from home set up.

It's still working fine. Keyboard is nothing special, but the gaming mouse has been a pleasant surprise. I'd say it's as good as my $35 Corsair mouse.

Microcenter desperate to get new customers….a good deal if you live in the right area.

When you delete an email, most email services just move it to a "deleted" folder. Usually it is not actually deleted until a set time (often 30 days) has passed. Usually, it can be moved back to her inbox.

Look at her folder list, usually in a panel on the left side.

I think this is great for any younger kid that wants to start gaming and FREE to the parents is always a SlickDeal IMO.

Like I said....the keyboard is pretty vanilla for an entry keyboard. The mouse surprised me though in good quality. It's as good as any entry-level gaming mouse...which means it's already a better clicker than the standard cheap-a$$ mouse you usually get thrown in for nothing.

Look, as someone who bought this 'open box' in May 2020 and still uses the keyboard and mouse in a house filled with a plethora of desktops -- the mrs workstation, my own workstation, a house server, two pre-teen boys with their own gaming desktops....you get the idea), it works fine.

A pro gamer near a Microcenter is already going to be a customer and have a better keyboard/mouse setup anyhow. This is designed to get new customers in the store. So totally makes sense to give these away for free to get a newbie in there.
