Right. Lowes even had a free impact 3/8 with this deal at $199.

Their deal had multiple options too. I got it with a table. Wish it had a laser, but pretty ok.

Interesting. Will definitely try this.

I bought 3 of the saw/stand combo sets from Lowes. Flipped 2 sets and was on the fence about keeping the last set because of the lack of a laser on the saw. This solves it.Thanks.

Seriously? There is no issue whatsoever cutting on a miter saw using a laser. In fact, for me it's probably more intuitive and easier using the laser because that is what I have been accustomed to for years.

In practical use I really see no advantage personally that would push me to pay the extra bucks for a saw just because it has the shadow line feature. You must work for Dewalt. LOL.
