-We understand Brickseek is currently having issues with Lowe's-

Brickseek price was spot on, inventory not accurate.
I have seen this price in 30004, 33351, 28273 plus others.
The store I got mine from Brickseek listed as limited stock whereas store shelf had three. As we know Brickseek can only supply information it obtains.

To state the obvious... the battery is rechargeable ("battery and charger sold separately") but the flashlight is not.

True, it can be misleading. Note though if you select the heading on webpage "Power Tool Flashlights" you will see what appears to be all items from various manufactures listed in the same fashion. Appears to be a Lowe's thing.
