I have gotten canvas prints from both Walgreens and CVS a couple of times with these deals. In my personal experience they look good to my untrained eyes. Definitely worth $20 IMO. For those of you who do know better, I would like to hear just what's so terrible.
For what people are used to seeing in print quality- this canvas will be fine and look decent from a distance. If you know how to stretch/mount a canvas you'll be fine, but it takes some practice.

If you're wanting something more professional looking (and about double this price) check out WHCC (White House Color Correction). They're a professional lab who do things right. The color representation will be MUCH better. You'll still need to stretch and staple the canvas, or pay the upcharge to have it mounted.

For marginally better quality and a finished canvas on a frame (for about triple this price) check out Mpix or Richmond Pro Lab. They don't offer canvas only prints and only the finished product.
Yes, there are better for 10x the price. These are great for $20.

I haven't printed any photos in years. This came just in time. I had it printed, picked it up and it looks great to me at this price!

Thanks OP!

I've had canvasses from CVS and they're ok, for the price. Some great. Some not. If any of your pictures are dark, make sure to edit them for brightness to your liking. What they do in the shop might not be what you expect. The good thing is, they'll refund you on returns of what you don't like.

I have had 4 large canvas fully framed from CVS in the past. The quality is pretty good. I agree with the comments here, to get a canvas framed is not as easy. You may want to wait for the large canvas deals that should start showing just about now.

I just picked mine up; I did a 16 picture collage (4 x 4) of springtime flowers. Colors are acceptable; quality is better than expected.

However, I used low quality jpegs; the majority are ok. One is a bit low res but since the rest are ok, it's barely noticeable. I do advise loading the highest quality jpegs, though; just in case one or two don't come out ok.
