The stutter on the pans was rough. I read about it and I guess it's just what happens due to the near instant response time which makes an oled awesome for 30-60 content and gaming.

It shouldn't be that bad if the settings are right. I'm a super picky person about visual things like refresh rate since I play a lot of fps games like cs and I can't stand jutter/stutter. You might be viewing a tv with the settings wrong. LG has a lot of settings which are supposed to 'fix' stutter/jutter like tru motion(de-judder/de-blur) but they actually make it worse. Watching football or golf with those settings on makes the ball literally disappear mid flight. Some things look better with them on like a scrolling credits screen or 30fps news ticker but ~95% of content is better with those settings completely off and that includes panning screens. Sharpness is another setting people like to turn on but it can actually make the screen appear to stutter. OLED is not as smooth as a 144 hz crt but there is no other tv to buy with as pure of picture quality when the settings are correct.

Also, it needs to go on clearance on Costco.com if that is where you originally purchased it. They will not do a price adjustment for a clearance price in the warehouse if you purchased online as far as I know.

A couple of weeks ago when this same deal was around the warehouse had them for $1,449. It was basically giving the the value of the $150 shop card off the price, but you would not a get a shop card if you purchased in he warehouse.

Yeah my gf just sent me a pic of the tv in store with 1449 as the price. They had 4 before the sell and now they have 3 so who knows how much longer they stay in store

I just came back from my local Costco and they have none left, just the display model. They had 3 or 4 about a week and a half ago when I was there. They have plenty of the C2 models.

Damn, you all! In for one. Famous last words but with the C2 out now I don't think the C1 is going to be around much longer, except for woot with its 90 day warentee. Hope I'm wrong for the ones waiting for it to drop more.

I picked up the 65" C2 for $1840 last week from Target sale. Definitely much better than the C1. My family room has 2 skylights & the TV was bright enough to show details.

I can get the display model of this w/ 5 year warranty for $1000 i have a big 5.1.2 soundbar tho and idk .. oled TVs are the best but top full array leds are getting catching up. Pixel refresh nonsense and all those things I just want to put on the tv and have a good picture .. and if you get a 5 year warranty and your oled fails by that time it's probably going to be worthless

Just like the A80J, it's being deleted from Costco and they want $800 more for the newer model A80K. I ordered A80CJ because I wanted the OLED quality over the similarly priced LED version with 85" instead. This one 65" OLED for $1600, what makes it special?

Online. There was a 20% store wide coupon that was limited to some items but it ended up you can use on anything.

The A80J 65" was going for $1399 2 weeks ago directly from Sony or from Amazon on prime day. Guess you missed a lot of deals.
