I actually tried one of these out in SamsClub a year or so ago. Pretty much identical in style and size to this BestBuy one. Surprisingly good massage - definitely more to it than a $20 attachment. It is on the smaller side though. I'm 5'11, 175lbs and it just about fit me - if you're over 6ft then you will have to slouch down to get that neck massage
Overall I'd say this is a solid deal.

Seems like every other day Best Buy has a massage chair in the "Deals of the Day". Only usually you save an amazing $4500 off the regular price of $8999, or some similar laughable BS!
I always marvel at the idea of an "everyday order" for one of these, in these supposedly tough economic times. Or even for one on "sale"!
