Same here. I submit every rebate with highlighting, color coding, noting that copies we're kept, how many pages were submitted, original vs copy, etc. and they randomly deny and make stuff up to deny rebate and many people just let it go. Passing
Edit - Just checked status of last one again. Now invalid for "Incomplete purchase-Offer requires more than 1 product purchased to qualify". Receipt clearly shows two qualifying items that are highlighted with arrows pointing to each. Customer service # just goes to voicemail....
