Just insert the probe choose the type of meat, if beef- choose desired level of doneness, and hit start, couldn't be easier to use, really my only gripe is that the chiclet style buttons can be non-responsive for me sometimes and take multiple presses.

Have one of these as well. Use it for steak, brats, etc. The inside of the lid gets pretty nasty but I found that if you use the Easy Off 5 minute grill cleaner you can knock nearly everything off. And make sure to remove the mesh grill up there and really clean it.

I wonder if this cooks any different than the Ninja air fryer + grill combo that I have. Anyone have both and can comment? My steaks and chicken come out pretty damn good

Damm, I just bought the one with the griddle during prime day. Although the griddle is nice for cooking breakfast, not sure if it was worth the $150 premium over this deal. If this model is anything like the one I bought though, don't hesitate just buy it ....if you have the counter space for it. It's a beast and you're not likely to want to store and move every time.

My dad is a retired chef and I have never seen him as obsessed with a kitchen gadget as with his ninja foodi indoor grill. It is used 1-2x per day to grill and fry, and even do pedestrian things like toast english muffins. He keeps trying to get me to buy one, I just dont have room for another gadget.

I dont have the grill, but I do have their foodi neverstick pans from a kohls deal last year, and I love them. After two decades of crappy nonstick, Ninja has made the one which can handle metal tools, oven broiling, and stil maintain coating.
