I hope some might benefit by having this number since their email communication has failed for me. I emailed them over the weekend and heard nothing back Monday. Monday night, I got a "preparing to ship" update, but it has not been given to the carrier yet. Hope I can get it canceled instead of having to ship it back at my expense or have to keep it to avoid losing money.

Perhaps you even have a different LCD Display? I can see on the back of mine it says it is Model AK47.
I have tried searching for hacks on Model AK47 but haven't come up with anything, but see this is in fact the display as quantities can be bought from Alibaba etc, showing this display.
I did notice I can get to some type of undocumented menu on mine with PO levels and settings by holding down the up and down at the same time while the display is on.
Edit:
Ah, I figured out how to remove the limit!!
These PO settings look to be standard.
So get to the PO settings by holding the Up/Down at the same time after the LCD is on.
Click on the power button to go through the PO's.
PO8 is the limit! This is in kmh, this was set to 32, bump this up with the up arrow to 41. That is the max I could change it to. This works out to 25.5 mph.
After this change I can get to 25mph going down a hill.
On a straight road I can cruise at about 22 with full throttle. Pedaling fast like crazy I can get it up 24.
So this is a bit of an increase. Perhaps with a bigger front sprocket I could peddle a bit normally and get to 25.
Perhaps it is a limit of the 350W motor or the battery to get me with throttle to 23 or so, but I don't think the controller itself will let me go above 41kph with motor assist.
Possibly changing wheel size, PO6, would allow assist at faster speed?
FYI, I see some people have commented about their having 5 instead of 3 levels. This can be set in the PO5 setting.
Here are the PO settings for an entirely different controller, but they look pretty close from what I see. https://elecbikeparts.c
There could be some other cool settings to see what they are and work with them.
for example: P12 PAS Start Strength
0-5, Higher = more assistance
Amount of assistance given when you start pedaling.
I am thinking this must be low. It seems to give very little help right away. Perhaps a safety feature set at factory? But I want help right away!
Or PO9 might affect how quickly it helps?
P09 Throttle Response
0 for instant throttle, 1 for delayed throttle
Sets whether pressing throttle and motor beginning to spin is instant, or whether there is a delay between the actions.
Edit: P09 was already set at 0 and can't be changed
P12 was set at 3 and can't go higher, but it can go lower.
FYI, read on this site https://power-bicycle.com/ebike-power/ that hub motors are pretty much limited to 25.
"Once the ebike is travelling at 25 MPH, the controller-wheel speed is maxed out. You can't go far over 25 MPH on most hub motors unless the motor & controller pair are designed for higher speeds."
This guy also talks about a smoothing circuit the mfgs implement for greater distance. Something about a loop back wire that can be removed to increase initial assistance but at
a sacrifice in distance.
Not a lot of reviews. I got a warning going to this site (possibly fraudulent?).
Why don't they sell any ebikes on their non-corporate site?
Is anyone else concerned this is a knockoff? Joyridebikes.com is the original site (since 2001) selling Hurley and joyridebike.com (since 2015) is painted with 'weird' all over it.

This seems to be Hurley's main site: https://www.hurley.com/pages/e-bikes
But if you search on google for "hurley bikes", this also comes up: https://hurleybikes.com/
If you search a bit, you find this:
https://www.cyclevolta.
"...Phil Howe, a bicycle industry veteran (Specialized, Raleigh, Diamondback, Ghost Bikes) brought aboard after the Hurley line was far into development. Howe serves as vice president of sales and product development at Joy Ride, the product and distribution arm overseeing Hurley's ebike business."
So, maybe this is legit. And further in the article it states that they are planning to switch to
disc brakes, which is maybe why these are being clearanced?:
"Curiously, several of the Hurley models are spec'd with rim brakes rather than disc, a tough match for bringing ebikes' assisted speed and considerable weight to a quick stop. But that will be phased out. ...
While the new Hurley ebikes all have hub drives in common, Howe foresees the brand moving upmarket into mid-drives and more sophisticated batteries soon, hitting higher price points. "Bafang motors and Samsung batteries probably will be our position. Those bikes are in development right now, so that's probably next spring," he said."

"Introducing Hurley Bicycles—the latest addition to Hurley's surf, skate and snow culture. Hurley branded E-Bikes & Bicycles will be run by a product development and distribution coordinate called Joy Ride in Brooklyn, NY under the leadership of 30-year bicycle industry veteran Phil Howe..."
And one last thing: in that last link, it states this:
"Joy Ride will distribute product from two warehouses, an East Coast location in New Jersey and a West Coast location in California. Hurley Bikes will be available starting mid-June at select Hurley stores and several large independent bike dealers—stay tuned! From surf, skate & snowboard to bike, now there's another reason to ride with Hurley.
Contact: [email protected]."
If you look at the contact info, it does seems to match what this website we are all buying our bike from.
Just some info and food for thought.

Tailslide: alloy frame
From Hurley web site it says a portion of proceeds go to support black girl surfers.
"HURLEY X BLACK GIRLS SURF BETTY ELECTRIC BIKE"
"A PERCENTAGE OF SALES MADE FROM THE BETTY ELECTRIC BIKE WILL GO TOWARDS BLACK GIRLS SURF, A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS DEDICATED TO DIVERSIFYING LINEUPS ALL OVER THE WORLD"
Lists for $1199 on Hurley site called the "Black Betty". https://www.hurley.com/products/b...tty-almond
"Black Betty"? sounds a bit funny.
I have Betty on order for my wife, but I am afraid she will prefer the green one. Then I will be riding "Black Betty" and she will be on "Big Sur". Hmm.

Never owned an ebike
Wife and I both around 5'8".
We live in SC so would like to use these on the beach (hard pack sand), roads, and nature trails in the parks (usually pretty clear of roots)
Also have a toddler and would love the ability to attach a kid seat on the back, or an attachable trailer later when he's older
What would be the best option for us to achieve rides in those areas and hopefully with bike seat for the kid
Prefer to stay with the cheaper models, $400 each with coupon would be great
