They are great for kids. Especially since they have guided mode. You can lock down things like the touch screen, power button, volume buttons, and even circle areas of the screen that you don't want them to be able to interact with. I'm thinking about grabbing a 3rd one as a backup for when he inevitably breaks one. (He's already smashed the top glass on one of them. And it had a tough case on it. That one became the dedicated communication ipad.)

With internet connections being everywhere that I go with my iPad, I find that it's pretty useful for streaming movies over my subscription services for one. And most airlines I fly have connectivity to iPads so I can get their entertainment while flying and don't need movies saved in my iPad. So for me 64 isn't a holdup. But it might be for other users.
Anything non-gaming or light gaming. You have cellphone, are you going to shoot tons of HD video using an IPad?
I have 2 of these for my son with severe autism and physical disabilities. One is dedicated to his communication app, since he's non-verbal. The other is for anything else he wants to do.

Mine is coming from Ft. Bragg and not dropship or warehouse, so they must be reducing inventory before 10th Gen releases next month. (no firm date on that)

Why not? My Samsung Tablet has 512GB of storage and I've never even come close to that. The iPad will just be used to run a few apps that are Apple Store exclusive. I'm not sure what I would do with more space.
