Bought these last Christmas for grandkids so thought I'd comment. They were actually really nice! They have a great old times feel once they get worn and just get better the more scars they get. They were well made from quality materials and came packaged up nicely. There paper was heavy but not overly & no bleeding issues. I ended up buying a cpl for myself.

Hi Smilie I haven't needed to yet but it would be easy. I looked into replacement booklets but found that they almost cost as much as the whole journal at this price. That was last year so... I can say I was happy with the quality and loved the leather that was actual real cow hide! I half expected it wouldn't be. They didn't have lined pages then so I grabbed a cpl more and am going to switch half the booklets.

I don't know what journal you have, but you can't put new paper in this.
