That said, a 12th gen i7 H series CPU, RTX 3060 and 16GB DDR5 is not bad at all in this price range. Self-cleaning fans, TB4, WiFi 6 and BT 5.2 are a nice bonus on top.

I just got it from Best Buy when it was on sale for for $1300. Did I get ripped off?
Use case is engineering school - CAD software, Matlab, etc.. Monitor wasn't critical, but weight was a big factor.

Either way the difference is quite small to be fair, and I'd say the 12650H is the better CPU for gaming laptops no doubt. Both CPU's boost.
