By the way, why did you only post 3 out of the 4 codes you used in the OP? Two of which are saying WELCOME with different numbers, each for 30% BIR.
The system is incorrectly allowing all of the codes at checkout, but I expect only one of the bonus back in rewards will payout without intervention, but stranger things have happened.
With the screenshot, maybe you will get a friendly CSR to do you a favor with a courtesy reward.

The only difference would be how the OP title is stated.
You can edit it by selecting edit>go advanced (from a PC or Laptop or Full site view on Chrome in a mobile device. Not from the SD App or mobile site.

MX series is supposed to be for productivity, but tenkeyless is usually for gaming.

No. Rewards aren't cash. Not only are they obviously store-specific, but they have a very limited life:
