Sony 65" A80CJ (A80J) is now available online with free shipping and free 5 years warranty (up to 7 years if purchased with the Costco Citi card).

Price ends in .97 which usually means it is on clearance and will be the last time it will be available as this is the 2021 model.

Edit: Looks to be out of stock for my area but may still be in stock for your zip code.

This was great timing. I recently purchased the 65" LG C1 and had read a lot about the Sony A80CJ (A80J) being better at Sports, better operating system, and not having the black crush (as much?). It was available for shipping to my zip code so placed an order to be able to compare to the LG side by side in the room I plan on using it.

Not sure why it's showing as expired. I can still order for delivery to my zip code.

Costco does this all of the time, they show OOS for certain zip codes but is available for a lot of other zip codes.

Also, same price at Sony website (but says only 1 left) if someone rather go through Sony website.

Wooooof, been looking at this TV for over 2 weeks now and debating between the C1 or this. Also my local Costco only had the 55" for $999.99 and when I asked the rep to look up any 65 inches within my area under item number 9865080, there were only 4 left about 20 miles from me so I made sure to make the trip.

When I got there today I was shocked to see it drop to $1299.97 and there were only 2 left. I picked up one earlier today in Harlem Costco on East 117th Street. There's only 1 left in the store.

Good luck to anyone whose able to snag the last one!

My Costco also had it marked down to $1299.97 with extended warranty. They had 2 left.

Costco in Lehi Utah has the 65" close out at $1050.00 and the 77" at $2000.00.

I bought the 65" a few days ago at $1499.98 and thought that was a great deal. I just got back from my price adjustment.

I took pictures of the prices but can't upload the photos.

Just keep in mind y'all that Consumer Reports only gave the A80CJ a fair rating for HDR performance while the A80J got a good rating.

Really? I always thought things were the same for the most part at Costco and just given a different model number for them. I figured the insides of a TV, for example, would be exactly the same and maybe some extra external things or type of remote might be different at Costco.

**EDIT** Just found this when doing a quick search. Not sure how accurate it is since it's just random people at AVS forum saying it... https://www.avsforum.com/threads/...j.3221611/

Looks like I'll have to swing by my local Costco and see if they have it in-store at a lower price. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the heads up! There were 3 Costco's around me that had some stock but only 1 of them had the $1300 price (I called and asked each of the 3 stores to confirm stock and price). When I headed there, the sticker price was still $1500 but it rang up as $1300. They then updated the sticker with the correct price.

I'd advise calling and asking for price before heading out as different Costco's have different prices. You can also ask which of the Costco's close to you has some inventory.

I'm sorry but I wouldn't want a display model, especially an Oled. They keep those on max brightness.
