Home Depot [homedepot.com] has the M18 Fuel 7 1/4" Circular Saw for $148.33 using the hack. Select the saw and choose the 6.0 HO battery pack as the "free" item for a total of $249. Choose shipping or pick up to two different stores and cancel the battery. Or ship both to home and return the battery. This gets you the saw for $148.33.
Not as good of a deal as the one earlier in the week. However if you're like me, Home Depot did their own hack of me, sent the battery and cancelled the saw because of back order.

I've had this Circular Saw for a while now with the 9.0ah battery, works amazing and holds good charge. I like not having to run extension cords for home projects.

Only issue I ever had was cross cutting a fairly large notch in hardwood above my head, it didn't much care for it when the battery was low charge.

Great saw. I guess. Plenty of power as long as you cut straight. Bind the blade in the slightest and it can't push through. Probably the same for any of these cordless saws.

The 9AH batteries don't have the necessary battery architecture to fully supply this with the juice it needs. You need one of the 8AH HD or 12AH HD. The 9AH should be used for things like a vacuum

So the battery that came with it isn't the correct battery? Confused

I'm just curious why the thumbs down? Did I do something wrong in the first post? I understand its not the lowest price, however its still a good price, almost $100 under normal.Confused

It's not a terrible price, but it's a hard sell so soon after the $209 with 2 batteries deal that was posted

It may have been the largest at the time.

it's fine. You don't need that big of a battery. It will give it a little more power and last longer but 5.0 is totally fine.

They didn't cancel any of mine. Coming today. I kept the extra batteries too. Unbelievable deal. About $165 in street value on just the batteries there!

They didn't cancel the grinder part of my order or the 6.0 HO battery that came with it.
