so they didn't "charge your card" at all, they put a hold on it. ever buy gas with a credit card? ever stay at a hotel? many businesses have done this for decades, though i've never seen a fast food place do it, it's hardly some sort of shocking outrage, apparently there's a lot more credit card "problems" with customers in your location it seems, causing a need for it.

I wish there were still locations around me. Two locations opened up late in 2019, Rona visited, and they havent re-opened since the lock downs. I think one of the locations is another business now. Frown
