So that's $260 per year in Instacart statement credits for us.
If it works anything like the $10/month in GoPuff credit, generally the credit posts the day after the merchant transaction goes from pending to posted.
As a reminder, here is the length of Instacart+ membership each card is eligible for:

I believe it was determined in the previous thread that you can activate consecutive memberships by using different chase cards on the same instacart account . (e.g.,, once your year is up under your CSR, you can add your freedom to the same account and extend for another 3 months.)

I would assume so because that's how their freedom cards define a quarter.
Also the gopuff promotion defines "per month" as a calendar term. So with gopuff you can redeem $10 on July 31 and another $10 on august 1 (verified because I did this).
Therefore I'd feel confident redeeming the instacart promo by September 30, and again beginning October 1.
