Yes, decent price. The 38oz. from Sam's sells for $18, so this is in that ballpark.

I suggest using far less than they recommend as it leaves a very strong sent on clothes with just a little bit.

The beads feel waxy, so they probably ideally shouldn't be used on anything that you would mind a little wax in (e.g. towels).

Yes good price. I've been using these for years. I love the smell it gives my laundry. I've tried other scents and brands and this is the only one that works. It does not leave wax on your laundry per the other comment. The beads melt and leave a nice lasting smell. Definitely worth a try. You can use as much or as little as you want depending on size of your washing load. I usually add more to sheets and my towels.

I started using vinegar as a natural fabric softener so I've found a little sprinkle of these makes sure the clothes don't smell like vinegar
