The sucralose would stimulate hormone secretion in the digestive tract (GLP-1) and impede fat loss. The Acesulfame Potassium spikes insulin for some, so again fat loss would be impeded. In short, your body would most likely switch from burning body fat for energy as a result of consuming the artificial sweeteners in the drink. Have a great weekend.
Ingredients
Water, Citric Acid, Sodium Hexametaphosphate (to protect flavor), Natural Flavor, Potassium Sorbate (Preserves Freshness), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sucralose, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Acesulfame Potassium, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Calcium Disodium EDTA (to protect flavor), Vitamin E Acetate, Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).

The packets most likely contain maltodextrin.
What's the fun in that? Lol

I disagree. I had a sh_t ton of sucralose in place of actual sugary drinks. I lost 30 pounds in less than 3 months. It does not impede fat loss. There are a bazillion studies and ultimately it's whether or not sucralose leads a person to desire sugar or food and then they undermine their caloric deficit. It's all about CICO, calorie in calorie out. And this is 0 calorie. Enjoy the weight loss, anyone who is on that journey.
If you like this favor and convenience. I don't care for this flavor but we get delivery of the big black cherry cases. Can't find it by the case for the 23 ounces anywhere else. We live on these for the electrolytes and plain water.
