Amazon has a 1 year 52 issue (really 26 "double issue") subscription to TV Guide for $5. Auto-renew, but very easy to cancel through the Subscription Manager.

TV guide calls it subscription 52 issues. But actually it had been 26 so called double issues. Latest issue was a 3 week issue. Barely worth $5 now, probably is not. A couple of columns I like to read and with each dilution of quantity of issues we get less columns.

I sold TV Guide door to door when i was a kid.
Price was .15cents.

I got 50? copies sent to me by TV Guide.
Sold them .15 cents door to door.
I got to keep, think it was 5 cents for every copy sold.

The company had me send in the sales money(in an envelope) at the end of a week.
For every guide NOT sold, i had to cut out a code from each tv guide not sold and send that in with the sales money.
