The specs do not mention it so I searched the reviews for 'vesa' and several said there were no mounting holes on the monitor to attach it to a stand like the one you referenced.
I have a smaller desk and wanted to get monitors I can mount on the wall or on a stand.
It appears these cannot be mounted.
Also HP state's no vesa mounting, see the technical details here https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp...hd-monitor

Got the 27 inch and 21.5 inch, very good monitors. You just have to buy the extra adapter if you plan to hang it from the wall or via a different stand.

other than that it seems like a decent monitor.

You can mount it using this adapter - https://a.co/d/0Oc1j1T
By the time you buy a VESA adapter for $25 and the stand for $20, you're at $145 total, at which point there are much better FHD 22" monitors.
