That's what I thought too. Then, I saw:
Believe me, this function is way better than the yogurt function which is set to only one particular temperature of 110° F. The **"Sous Vide"** function lets you control the temperature and time on the Instant pot under no pressure.

Ive sort of been looking at something like this but am still learning even how to think about buying such an appliance.

I would buy it. It is a great price for a combination pressure cooker and air fryer. Though some functions that are on other models (duo nova, etc.) are missing, $80 + tax for this item is a great deal! The air fryer lid alone was going around this price when it was available.
