Cheapo board that will get one started IF under 190/200lbs. If over, go with a 11' or a 11'6" board to carry the extra weight. Fact is a 11' board is substantially more stable and faster on the water vs a 10'6" board. Amazon has lots of similar boards at this price or less and their returns are very easy. I don't see this as a deal at all.

EDIT: forgot to add that a black deck pad is HOT in the sun.
