Tried it before and wasn't impressed. Wasn't bad, wasn't good. Also it's mostly soy protein if that matters to anyone. I like the yogurt from this brand.

The keto cereal from this brand is pretty good, but the bars don't look particularly appetizing. Looks like they want to break my teeth.

I agree. Kind of "meh". I'd eat them if I didn't have anything else. but definitelely wouldn't buy them again.

The bars + the yogurt are pretty good! I like the lemon with the black cherry. On their own they are a bit mehhhhh. They make good brownies though.

Love the black cherry and strawberry yogurts(freeze em), but the other flavors are real bad. So much so that I can't commit to a 12 pack of bars. Sticking to quest for now...tempting though

This is keto, not bodybuilding. You want 70+% fat, 20% protein. Too much protein can cause an adverse impact on your diet via gluconeogenesis
