since usually any promo will require you to wait from 90 days all the way to 6 months (perhaps more), they can easily get away with it.
not even showing the evidence will help.
just beware

So after a massive mortgage and car payments that they probably overextended initially with the rosy '21 economy, plus investments that are tied up waiting for a rebound, and general essential living costs which have risen 20% or more in some fields (e.g. energy and groceries), most have very little liquid assets or cash flow. On the other hand, most people earning a more modest income don't have large families and weren't spending money they didn't have on speculative/long-term investments.
Bottom line, just because someone earns more money doesn't equate to saving it, but US Bank seems to think it does. Also, the only retirees getting $4k+ social security are those that waited to retire after 70, which is a very small % since the average SS is $1,668/month.
And yeah, where I live you also need a 6-figure income unless you're single.
They double paid my taxes (their fault), took me a year to FINALLY get them sorted.
I dont understand why people use banks that have a terrible, scamming way of business, and its been know for YEARS!.
Good luck ever getting something done if they screw up anything on your account.
SCREW US BANK! THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL OF YOU: DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!

That could farther from the truth.
You don't lose your mortgage, you lose your house.
