I did two in person returns last week from similar deals. It went smoothly. But I noticed the email receipt does not match the checkout screen receipt. Fortunately the online order history does match the correct price break down. And all the guy needed at the counter was the order number.

FYI I did the same. My email said $159 refund. But chat rep said: "I've successfully cancelled internet #XXXXX from your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund of $93.22 to post to your XXXX acct"
