Can't wait for these to get to $249.99 range. My guess is September when the Fed raises interest rate again and econ numbers looks bad, these deals will pop up at much nicer price. Just my guess tho

5600X has 6 cores and the 5700X has 8 cores. The 5600X has slightly higher base clocks, so it will perform a bit better in single/few threaded programs. The 5700X performs better in programs that need more threads and in greater multitasking. Both are great CPUs and the 5700x should be proportionally faster in relation to its additional cores in benchmarks.

Can't wait for these to get to $249.99 range. My guess is September when the Fed raises interest rate again and econ numbers looks bad, these deals will pop up at much nicer price. Just my guess tho

I'm holding out for a cheap 12600k combo like they been offering lately on the Ryzens and 11th I7. Nothing wrong with the Ryzen deals. Currently running a 2600 still right now. 12600k just seems to be the best good for all uses in its space.

If you are near a MC store, some of them have the 12600k around $215 and you save another $20 if bundled with a "open box" motherboard (could be had for around $100). Not too far from this combo price.

I also live an hour away from a microcenter, 50 mins without traffic to be exact and I always drive up there for computer needs. I love it there and it's a treat, but I always carpool with friends.
