Buy this kit for the inflator and socket set. The impact wrench is a really old model with only 100ft-lbs of torque that has been completely eclipsed by the more modern versions.
Nothing worth the money here on this deal. Older generation impact without the ability to to remove lug nuts. I am not sure why they even offer this kit except to fool people into believing somehow this is a roadside emergency kit…which it isn't.
120 ft/lbs on my truck. For the inexperienced, lug nuts take more force to remove than the torque they were tightened to which is why high strength impact guns have more advertised torque in reversal/removal. Even though your lug nuts may be torqued at 70 ft/lbs it may take well over 100 ft/lbs to remove them. Some users complain the entry level impact wrenches in the 200-300 ft/lbs will not remove the lug nuts on their trucks! This Milwaukee isn't even strong enough to be thought of as removing lug nuts. Not a hate against Milwaukee as I have many many of their M12 tools but this tool is not designed for that type of task. Matter of fact Milwaukee doesn't make a true lug nut impact wrench in their M12 lineup. Yes I have the M12 midrange impact and it is superb but same thing again ie it is not really made for lug nut removal either! My comment was to imply I think Milwaukee is wrong to market this set the way they do. It reminds me of the compressor companies throwing in a impact wrench and ratchet free when you purchase their low output compressors only to be frustrated when the compressor doesn't put out enough CFM at 90psi to power the tools appropriately. It's a marketing gimmick.

I have to ask, what's the torque requirement on your lug nuts? Mine is 70 lbs...

This impact wrench would still be useful if you initially break the torque manually with your lug nut wrench and set it with a calibrated torque wrench which you should be doing regardless.

Why is this deal relisted when last months deal never died? It's been this price nonstop. I know because I've had it in my cart and have been checking my orders near-daily for the last 2 weeks

Once youve done that whats the point in using a power tool anymore? You could spin them off nearly as fast with a ratchet. If you were in a big hurry maybe it saves you 30 seconds but thats a lot of money to spend on saving 30 seconds. Just buy the right one if you are looking for a tire changing power tool.

Is there a newer fuel version of the inflator, or is this the only M12 inflator in their lineup? Tempted to bite for the inflator and sell everything else on ebay, but the battery is minimal and that impact looks like the a model that they are sunsetting, or should have already.

Only one inflator version. And it's pretty fantastic for what it is.

Thanks, I went ahead and bit. Unravelling my old 100 ft rubber air hose to reach the tires on the cars is getting old, and the 12v Gooloo inflator from amazon takes a day and a half to bring a tire up to pressure.

If anyone is interested in just the impact, battery, and charger combo (or any of the three) brand new just PM me. I already have a 3/8 impact.

Others will disagree, but for me the inflator is underwhelming. I own multiple trailers and trucks, and this inflator couldn't hang with my 20V Dewalt or Ryobi. I returned it. Even using it with a 6ah battery, m12 is too underpowered and short-lived here.

It would be Ok if you are using it for cars, riding mowers, inflatables, etc. however. But stay away if you have big tires and lost of them to fill.
