Confirming the "buy it now" option works! Bought 30 of them for $150 "free" Amazon $ and I think the Amazon credit card gives you 5% so an extra $22.50. Easy $172.50 bonus. Thanks!!!

That's what I also discovered. There's no record (that we see) of actually purchasing a $20 gift card. However, this type of gift card does have a $20 minimum. If you click "other" and enter a lesser amount, it doesn't work.
