As others have said, $20 is the minimum for physical. You'll either get the $20 cards or a cancelation.
It works for most accounts but not all. I click the ops link, click "Buy now", Amazon redirects me to the "Place your order" page and the total says $20. I tried my personal and business account. I tried browser, mobile and app with no success. Others replies have said they had success with a spouses account but not their's.
