Just worked for me, $20 Red Reveal gift card selected for $15 purchase price. You HAVE to use Buy Now and then pay immediately for that single transaction. If you change anything about the item (amount, design) or try to put in the cart and change quantity there, it'll return to $20 price.

UPDATE: My order confirmation shows I bought a $15 gift card. This appears to just be a website display error on Amazon's part. I don't think anyone will actually get a $20 mailed card for $15.
