For a company that ships a lot of wet food, they sure don't know how to pack their boxes.

A bunch of cans were broken cause they put zero padding in them. The box it self was almost 3x bigger than the actual cat food I ordered so they were rolling around everywhere.

A few pieces of paper does not do anything to protect the cans.

5-6 of them came damaged and opened from all the shipping damage inside. I can't believe this is an actual company that actually ship pet food. Chewy does this way better.

we look forward to all vendors mis-shipping their can foods. then, one simple on-line chat = free food. the damage is usually minimal, but it still deserves a full refund or replacement. and of course they never want the food back. it's great for a no-kill shelter donation. win, win!
