This or the Ryobi factory reconditioned tiller for 99+shipping?? Is the Ryobi built better?? They both have 13.5. Amp motor and are 16 inch wide.

I'd say get this one - I have it - bought it before Covid for $109 or so - and finally got it out of the box about a month ago to work around the house. It is VERY strong and works extremely well.

I bought this last year, and was unimpressed with it -- until I turned it on and used it. It dug through my backyard (60% river rock, 20% clay, 20% soil like it was butter.

I used it nonstop for two days, and it never stalled or overheated. I only had to unplug and pry a rock out of the tines one time.

Also, I found it easier to use by PULLING it backward through my rocks, than by letting it propel itself forward.

Sorry if I sound ignorant but can someone comment if the existing grass in my lawn is pretty bad with weeds etc. can I use this simply; or do I need to throw old grass and weeds out before seeding prior to winter? Thanks in advance
