Some cards have 10% while some have 20%, but you should put the words YMMV in the title that lets people know that this deal is only available for some people.

No. If the maximum is $10, you'd get $10. To maximize the deal, only spend $50.

Checking another deal I had on there already (for Home Depot), I noticed that I only got credit for the first purchase in the promo period. Fine print says, "Offer valid one time only." Good to know, since this is different vs. the Amex offers I more often use.

So spend it all in one transaction (as far as I can tell).

Yeah one time I was burned by Kroger pickup because I would add some stuff and check out to hold my pick up time and then add more later. Well they charge you each time you do that, so I only got the cash back on when I first checked out which was much less than my total order.
