If only that link opened a page where there were 1420 reviews so you could gather an overall opinion of it's quality..

7 year owner. Mine is same as many of the other brands I've seen in this price range. Has the same cheap metal spring push tabs (to lock the legs) that many others use and that's my only complaint. Sometimes that jams and the locking tab doesn't pop back up. Otherwise mine has been great.

I have an Ozark Trail 10x10 that's about 10 years old and aside from the canopy material thinning out due to UV exposure, it still works just fine. I just bought one of these last week for $65 and comparable build to the one from 10 years ago.

Don't expect to set this up in the yard and use it year round. This is meant to be used and taken down as needed.

I've seen Coleman white 10x10 for $69 at one store. It does not show up on the app but store had it.

Recent reviews are pretty bad. There are some mentions of build quality not being as good as previous years.

Question for the beach goer's here. How do y'all keep this thing from flying away on the sand? I saw a video of using a frisbee and rope, and digging the frisbee in the sand. Any other tips?

I have tried ozark trail canopies and they are very low quality, both frame and tarp are flimsy, I always go with the academy canopies, they are much better quality
