Looks like these have Chicory Root Fiber (also known as Inulin). Probably fine for most people but can have gastric consequences for those of us with IBS.

I like most of the Nature Valley products, but don't let them fool you with the word "nature" to make you think they're healthy. About a quarter of the weight is sugar and there's very little protein.

It's only 3 grams of fiber. I have IBD myself and consume 40 - 50 grams of fiber from various sources per day with no ill effects. Just don't eat ten of them at once.
