The streaming service has been around for five years. The company itself for fifteen.

It's definitely not for everyone, but it's reasonably popular among fans of arthouse and international cinema. Costs probably aren't very high due to the small catalog size, so they don't need a lot of money to keep going.

I went for it and browsed yesterday. Really limited. For a dollar I guess is all right. Easy to cancel and it keeps until the end of 3 months.

The criterion is better. The movies here are more the smaller festivals and other things that don't get USA distributed. I would say that it's nice that they are doing, there are a couple of movies (5 or 6 Iranian movies a couple of Brazilian and Latin American ones and some Koreans and Chinese) that probably justify a dollar investment.
