I bought the low sodium version & this from last deal for $23.63/$1.97 per can after S&S & 40% off.

Still very good price to stock up when everything is getting more and more expensive everyday.

If you have Aldi nearby, Brookdale Luncheon Meat is interchangeable with spam and ~ $2 per can. Walmart's generic spam is $2 also. The nutrition labels are the exact same. It's probably made in the same plant in Minnesota.

No need to buy a dozen if you don't want so much.

Not only the same product, but the same pig. They be abusing little piggy for years.


I can only say that Hawaiians have been eating SPAM by the ton for years. I've ate spam since I was young. It tastes great with either Ketchup or even mustard sometimes on toast. Great with omelettes. Ate a lot of it while deployed. Your decision of course.
