IMO they aren't worth that price. It's several generations old at this point and you can get the newest version for ~150 with trade-in or the last gen for ~100 with trade in. So a few extra bucks but a significant jump. Just my opinion

I prefer the Live vs the regular buds. The Live doesn't have the deeper bass or superior noise cancelling but it makes up for it with better comfort for me. My ears canals don't hurt after 2 hours with the regular buds.

Live is a different type of headset. SQ is not the same, but it's fine if I don't need ANC and need to hear around me, and I can also actually sleep with these if I need to due to the ear fitting.

On a side note, has anyone lost one bud and tried to add a replacement from a separate set? A few years ago when I lost one, I could have sworn the solution from Samsung was that you had to buy an entirely new pair, but I read this the other day about getting a replacement bud and pairing it. Has anyone done this?

These buds are not for everybody but if they fit your ear shape, you'll find these things to quickly become one of your favorites. Luckily, they fit me well. The music quality is great (8.5/10), call quality is well done (8.5/10), noise cancellation is decent on planes and yardwork (7/10), but the best part to me is the comfort. I can leave them in all day and zero hotspots. They come with different sized ear tips to customize to your preference. I've worn these while working out and they've performed great with sweat. I actually like them so much, I have 3 pairs now. They don't go into your ear canal so you can have a better sense of your environment and not feel like you have your ears clogged. Highly recommend them (if they fit you)!

I agree with everything you said here. I have a box full of ear buds I have tried - many cheaper than these, but a few more expensive. The Live Buds just fit for me without falling out although I do use tips with mine. I use mine mostly for audiobooks and the sound is good and I get a decent amount of time with each charge.

I honestly bought a set in each color they had available I liked them so much. I thought they would stop making them and they would disappear from selling sites...and yet here they are again! ;-)

I totally agree with the points you mentioned. I compared my last version of buds live against bose on ear headphones. Buds live is way better than bose on ear model. Just my 2 cents...

These are the perfect shape. The only earbuds to not cause blisters or uncomfortableness inside my ears. The microphone isn't good though, I'll buy a version 2 of these with better microphones.

I have these. They may not be for everyone but these are my go-to buds. They are comfortable, but they can be sometimes too loose. They are great sounding without blocking out the environment noise which I need to go riding my bike

comfortable for many hours. Love them. Pretty good for phone calls but Jabra Elite 65 still better for calls.

no noise cancellation.... I tested it next to a running fan and I can hear the fan noise so clearly....

I'm always on the look out for cheap Bluetooth earbuds but I just can't do the "true wireless". I'm too add and work/use them in a very active job so I lose them and also destroy them regulary. I just need something I can hang around my neck. The battery life is also disappointing. I'm kinda bummed I haven't seen many wired Bluetooth headphone posts.
