Reminder to save your boxes, mine failed after 6 month but took almost 3 months to get a RMA, I just got my replacement with 20 days left on year warranty and I had to ship back the entire thing. They wont advance ship you one and send back the old one with the box. I bought 3 of these and have 2 going back
I bought dual motor version from monoprice couples month ago for 199+tax, it's pretty cheap made.
The screw easily wore out after I install/reinstall with two different table tops, tried to contact their customer service, and need ship back then got replacement, so DO KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL BOX, otherwise you need figure out how to ship it back with propery package.
If you're short go with the desk that drops to 24.4". I'm 5'8 and have it set at 25.5" with a 1" thick top making the height at 26.5" off the ground. It's more expensive, but worth it if you don't want a foot rest under your desk.

Per another slickdealer's recommendations, I bought some socket set screws off amazon, and some new screws from the hardware store. No worries about reinstalling a table as the threads are already set.

Yeah, I also noticed that reply, but I only have Ryobi cordless drill, not sure if I can install the insert thread in the exact place without drill press
All you do is drill a hole size that the socket set screw suggests. And you can usually screw the socket set screw in with a philips screwdriver. IIRC I had 1/4" socket set screws and 3/16 holes that I drilled. And screwed the socket sets right in.

Do you mean screws like hardware screws or something in the motor? Because replacing a screw to attach the tabletop with something from Home Depot for 99 cents would be a lot esier than sending a whole desk back for replacement..

Predrilled holes matched perfectly. Even for the controller buttons.
