    Are we forgetting that dogs have literally carried sleds of people and gear? Carrying around a couple snacks isn't going to hurt them. If you carry their stuff in a backpack for them, are you enslaved to the dog?

    The first couple pictures in the reviews portray the first thought I had in my head when I saw this. Wouldn't buy this if you like your dog enough to not risk giving them a rash or irritation. Do your pup a favor and carry the extra pound of pup snacks, doo doo bags and pup food.

    I would imagine your dog would overheat easily carrying this pack around…..especially with black fur/hair on a sunny/hot day.

    I use these for my dogs all the time. They work great for extra beers, poop bags, filled poop bags, keys, phones, whatever I want. My dogs go excited nuts everytime I pick the bags up, they like wearing them even more than the monkey saddles. The monkeys are sad but it took forever to strap them into the saddles.     Why are people out of shape about this product? While I don't personally have this type of harness, I don't see the problem. Poop bags and treats weigh next to nothing, it's mostly running out of pockets that's the issue
