Our local Walmart in Jacksonville FL appears to have all their pools on clearance. This model normally goes for $369 is on clearance for $249. They also have the Coleman 18ft power steel for $349, down from $488. The Walmart app shows the 16x10 not in stock although there were a ton. I can post photos of stock, and receipt, but don't see an option on here.
