Trying to cancel via Chat but unable to get to a real person for some unknown reason. So I just click the email to setup the online account; after setup, it looks like my account is in status of "suspended". Is that mean I don't even need to cancel it?

Meanwhile, since this order was with a port in Best Buy seems to have activated the line. Now AT&T have generated a bill of $120.xx. Even if I cancel, I need to pay 6 days of service + $15 activation and taxes for a phone I never received. AT&T can only refund me $15 activation fee as a one time courtesy if I cancel the line. Have to pay $40 for nothing and now I need to buy the device at $100 more.
Best Buy is not even ready to price match if I make a 2nd order. Need to pay $100 more now if I find a device available for pickup.
I was told I would get a bill for the two days I used once I port out. I tried to port back to google voice but google is telling me the number is managed by google and can't be used to verify port. I then had to port to US mobile via Esim. Waiting for the port to complete. Hopefully google has not screwed everything.

I had to go into the store to get my access code reset. After that I called support, said I wanted to cancel, they transferred me to retention who will not waste their time on you if you're firm in saying you just want to cancel and not deal with it. They get paid to save lines, they'll push you through quickly if you give no indication yours can be saved
No services need if you want to cancel the services.
in my case, I got the phone and they can not port the number due to some technical difficulty. I end up asking them for a new number. but sent me a new sim card. I end up canceling it. so no bill for me from AT&T. since it indicates I have my own device. I also request for unlock code via this link https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/ 3 day later they approve the unlock and sent me the unlock code
update: I put in unlock code then pop in the sim card from Tractfone I order while back from HSN for $29.99, it uses the Verizon tower and it worked. too bad I will trade in this phone for flip 4

Yeah. I got mine unlocked but trading it in as well. The one I got from eBay for $415 is going back.
