Is this place a reliable place to buy electronics? Not familiar with the seller.

Brand new is 499, so you guys think adding 1-yr all state warranty is enough?

I'm in for one. It's a great monitor for the price and they have a good seller rating on Ebay.

Watched a review video and it said HDR10 bugs out on compatible devices, where the screen just turns gray. Seems like a great monitor otherwise

Took my chances, In for one. Went against my gut intuition on this one but the seller seems super legit. 🤞

None whatsoever. It does need calibration because otherwise the reds are wildly out of spec. Also make sure to use the provided USB-C cable — it tends to get wonky otherwise, regardless of machine it's connected to. I've also had good luck with this cable: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08ZXH6RJ3/

When I say wonky — it doesn't wake up consistently if the connected machine hasn't sent a "sleep" signal to the monitor. If that happens, you have to power cycle the monitor.

Man, with these deals, I'm not going to be able to get squat for my 27" 4K Dell UltraSharp when I go to sell it this month.

I've got the 13" M1 with the CalDigit T3 dock and all works great together.

Is that an Ikea desk with the flip top at the front? If so, how did you get the C-arm to attach or did not just bolt the mount into the desk?

Clean setup. I like that little flex LED light.

Think I am going to have to contact LG to ensure the clamp will be compatible with my desk
https://www.amazon.com/Cubiker-Co...r=8-5&th=1
Have this current desk and the thing that bothers me is that it has this "sturdy Steel structure" that may not have the clamp work shown in the third image. I read through the amazon Q&A and it looks like it goes up to 3 inches but don't know the depth it will be compatible with.
Nor trying to drill a hole in my desk lol.
