If the OP's were $100 I'd be all over it. Best time to buy these ladders is between Black Friday and Christmas.
That work top is a game changer.
Wish it had leveling feet but most of the time it's used indoors.

But as you said, indoors they're really not needed. I use mine 99% of the time outdoors, so not having to carry around a stack of 2x4s for the feet is awesome (i live on the side of a small mountain, so everything is sloped like crazy.)
