None available nearby and shipping kills it for me, otherwise I'd be in.
It is a higher reach than the similar costco model, but the lowe's one does not have the wheels to glide the ladder. Not an issue for some, except those that have trouble lifting.

The taller versions like this are really heavy to lug around. Far more awkward to use than either a dedicated extension ladder, or a dedicated step ladder.
I end up pinching myself every time I adjust its height.
If you have the space, I'd recommend just getting dedicated step and extension ladders. If not, this will do an ok job of "doing it all".

I found 4 of them at my local store (Houston Baybrook), so I was finally able to finally grab one. Store showed OOS.
